Mimi's Balsamic Vinaigrette



1 cup olive oil
5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1-2 cloves of garlic , minced
Mix together and leave overnight. Serve over tossed salad with a base of dark leafy greens.
